"mm.. She was pretty." Allison said simply, she sighed, "I wish I was blonde and pretty." She frowned, "My mom is blonde."

"I happen to think that you are very beautiful." Cedric stated.

"If you like curls and crap." Allison mumbled, "My hair is dark, and not to mention I straightened it, and my eyes look like poo and grass."

Cedric curled a lock of his hair around his finger. "Trust me curls don't bother me, and your eyes are very beautiful."

"It's not like your curly it like POOF!" Allison stuf her hands up, "It's frizzy half the time."

"Poof? As in one of those hairstyles from the 70s?" Cedric asked.

"No, like a jungle in my hair." Allison muttered.

"I'm sure it's not that bad." Cedric replied.

"Do I need to show you a picture?" Allison asked.

"Do you carry one of your hair?" Cedric asked. "Are you so convinced that you're not beautiful?"

Allison nodded.

"Why?" Cedric asked.

"No family support I guess." Allison replied.

"Hmmm, well for the record I happen to think you are rather beautiful." Cedric said.

"Yeah but your from like the 1800's you guys had low expectations back then." Allison replied.
"Sorry."

Cedric chuckled. "You would actually be shocked to find that we had more of an eye for beauty." He stated.

"Yes but you didn't have make-up then. If you haven't notice I'm wearing a lot of eyeliner and mascara and eyeshadow and stuff." Allison replied, "Do you have a cloth?"

"Allison, make up has been around since the time of the Egyptians and believe me women used it during the time I was alive." Cedric replied. He reached into his pocket and produced a handkerchief. "Here." He said.

"Like I said, I'm no historian." Allison smirked. She skipped over the water and drenched the hankie. She scrubbed the Marke-up all off her face giving her a scary pale look. As if she hadn't seen the sun in years. She looked at Cedric, "See?" Allison touched her a few little red bumps on her cheeks and her freckles. "I'm a mess without it."

Cedric chuckled. "Why are you convinced that washing your face would make me change my mind." He said.

"It works on most guys." Allison said shrugging.
"I wanna go swim." She said smirking. She ran back down to the water and took her shirt and pants off, leaving everything on the sand, she went in and floated.

Cedric remained where he was he looked at the sky to give Allison a little bit of privacy.

"Cedric, your a doctor, I though you didn't care about underwear and crap." Allison said laughing, she wasn't talking too loud, but she knew he could hear.

"I don't I figured you would want your privacy. That's all. Besides the stars are beautiful." Cedric replied with a laugh.

"You can se- Nevermind... Your a Vampire, I forgot." Allison chuckled, "You can see past all the smog? and I don't care, come closer, I can barely hear you."
